Branding, Website, and Signage

Unrealty: Boutique Real Estate is the brainchild and culmination of all of it’s founder’s expertise. Nada Mohamed is not only a real estate agent, she is a real estate and estate planning attorney with over 10 years of experience. Her brand needed to be chic, straightforward, and just a bit imaginative.

Designing the Experience

This short video clip shows the variety of designs and sketches that went into the final logo. There's a lot of work that goes into custom design.

We analyzed her client profiles and created a design that spoke to both: our client and our client’s clients. Both graphic design and photography would play heavily into this user experience, as we were appealing to home buyers, sellers, and investors.

Understanding the elements

In Centennial celebration spirit, we took inspiration from the exaggerated hand lettering of the 1920s and gave a subtle nod to art deco to ultimately create an unreal design! So much thought into what every line and curve would convey in this logo. We studied home architectural elements to understand what signified luxury, what signified classical design, and what was common to see in the regions Unrealty served.
